Its been a long while since I have seen a dentist but it was overdue! Like most people, I always have a bit of anxiety with the idea of going to the dentist but Dr. Kim is amazing! He explained as he went, which I really appreciate! It didn't seem like a push for more services to get deeper into your pockets like some dentists can come across. The assistants are kind and thorough. Dolly at the front desk is so pleasant and informative! I will be referring this place to everyone!

I had a great experience at Epic Dental. The team is very professional, and they took the time to explain everything carefully before starting any treatment, which made me feel confident and comfortable. What I really appreciated is how well they take care of patients—not just before the procedure, but also during and after. They always make sure you feel at ease throughout the entire process. A big thank you to Dr. Kim and her assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet and kind). The front desk staff were also very friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly felt well taken care of, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend even after changing owners the quality of care doesn't disappoint! Walking in you're not only a patient you're family. They walk you threw every step and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have a great experience. Since coming here I actually look forward to my dentist appointment, I always leave laughing happy and with a smile. Thinking about going somewhere else dont you will not regret coming here and bring your kids they have a clinic downstairs which makes it so convenient.

I have had such great experiences at Epic dental and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I have seen Dr. Koo and Dr. Ruben and they were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Larissa, the dental assistant, was so kind and attentive—she really helped ease any nerves I had and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dolly at the front desk is always warm, welcoming, and super helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch!

The front office staff, Dolly and Maurine, are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From check-in to scheduling, they make everything feel easy and low-stress. The Dr. Koo is soft-spoken, calm, and very reassuring, which I really appreciated during my visit. I recently had two crowns replaced, and they fit and function perfectly — comfortable right away and done with great care. Overall, this office combines excellent clinical work with a genuinely kind and attentive team. It would be a nice addition if the office offered dental hygienist appointments for routine cleanings. Highly recommend.
